  • Do you list your prices online?

    No. Every practice has different admin needs and caseloads, so we provide custom quotes. This ensures fair, value-based pricing aligned with your workflow and budget.

  • Do you work with providers outside NSW?

    Yes. We work remotely with NDIS, allied health, and mental health professionals across Australia, using secure digital platforms and clear communication systems.

    Human Override™ is Clerica’s invite-only editing service that reviews AI-generated content (such as ChatGPT drafts). We refine notes, reports, and letters so they are clear, professional, and compliance-friendly, with language aligned to sector expectations.

  • Can I send you documents generated with AI tools like ChatGPT?

    Yes , if you’re an approved user. We provide manual, human review of AI-generated content for NDIS providers, allied health practitioners, and mental health professionals who need their documents polished and reliable.

  • What kinds of documents can Human Override™ review?

    We refine support letters, progress notes, case summaries, client communications, and audit-sensitive documents. All reviews are carried out by humans ,never bulk AI filters.

  • Is Human Override™ available to everyone?
